Holders out as schools semi-final lineup confirmed

A resurgent Crescent College Comprehensive have dumped holders Bandon Grammar out of the Munster Senior Schoolgirls Cup, recording a 1-0 away win over Eddie Gash’s side in the quarter-finals.
They will now face Scoil Mhuire in the last four, after Emma Dobson’s 52nd-minute strike – coming after a superb run from in-form Iseult Harding – enough for them to sneak past Ursulines Thurles earlier today.
On the other side of the draw, Mount Mercy were in ruthless form in their 4-0 dismissal of Midleton, with Cork Harlequins senior Jennifer Murphy among their scorers. 2008 champions Laurel Hill Coláiste provide their opposition in the last four.
